  1. The reason why this process is unconventionally in the public domain is for those of us who favour our argument to be prepared for the coming onslaught. It has always been my style to get it started but to share the shield of many. Locus was my primary concern when I sought to to do this matter. Eroms, the conservatives would rely on Adesanya v Federal Government of Nigeria but on studying that case lately, the dicta of the learned justices appear to give so much hope. You all kindly prepare to contribute as we await the flurry of preliminary objections. Eromosele Igbegu should consider himself as the Joker, his skills shall be deployed in the most critical times of this suit. Others should prepare as well. we shouldn’t yet be defeatist over the vexing issue of locus. This is about Nigeria where we have been destined to be. Let’s make the best out of it, if we can. Why watch the demolition of the foundations of the Nigerian society. We, especially, citizen-lawyers who share the cause of CASER are trying to develop a new dimension to public interest lawyering. 2. Happy to announce that a citizen who read the filed originating summons online, has just made a donation of the sum of N50,000 towards the defrayal of the cost of the suit. I do not yet have his permission to mention his name but it shall be our policy to all donors either immediately or in the long run. This would be the first significant donation to CASER since it began its cause for citizens’ rights and pursuit of legal compliance. We look forward to having all forms of support as we continue the cause. FRC rules of accountability shall be strictly applied. Thank you all
