There should be no General Elections at the expense of human security. Nigeria is at war!
CASER believes the Political Class is insensitive to the plight of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) resulting from the insurgency war being waged by Boko Haram against Nigeria in the North- Eastern Part of Nigeria.
CASER believes that there is yet to be enough security apparatus in place to forestall an unimaginable degree post-election violence that would destroy human life.
A post-election crisis of a grander scale than the one of 2011 would destroy the great Nigeria project which began in 1914.
CASER shall employ all legitimate means to seek the postponement of the February, 2015 Elections for the purpose of preserving Nigeria for its Citizens.
